PairFoundry publishes three things: a free tutorial track on working with AI coding agents, paid packs of prompts and repository configuration that you drop into a real project, and a maintained directory of the tools themselves.
The premise behind all of it is simple. The models got good faster than the practice around them did. Most of the frustration people have with agents is not model quality — it is that the agent was never told what the repository is, the request was ambiguous, or nobody read the diff carefully. Those are all fixable, and none of them is fixed by waiting for a better model.
Everything on this site is published by PairFoundry as an organisation. We do not put a personal byline on articles, invent an author persona, or attach credentials to give material more weight than it has earned. If something here is useful, it should be because it is correct and specific, not because of who signed it.
What we will tell you: the material comes from real project work, it is versioned, and when something in it turns out to be wrong we change it and say so rather than quietly editing.
