The whole first track is free and always will be. It covers the things that decide whether an agent is useful on day one: what to tell it about the repo, how to scope a request, when to stop it, and how to read what it produced. If you are new to working with a coding agent, start here and go in order.
Everything the agent reads before it reads your code. This track goes past the templates into why each piece exists, what happens when it is missing, and how to keep it accurate as the codebase moves underneath it.

The discipline that removes ambiguity before code gets written: writing a spec an agent cannot misread, gating each stage, and knowing which decisions must stay with a human.

Review is now the bottleneck. This track covers where agent-written code fails differently from human-written code, how to run targeted review passes, and how to keep tests meaningful when an agent is also writing them.

Because you should be able to tell whether the writing here is any good before you pay for more of it. There is no email wall, no drip sequence and no upsell inside the lessons. If the free track is useful, the paid material is more of the same, with the templates already written. If it is not, you have lost nothing and we would rather you found that out for free.
