First-party only — a session id and where you arrived from, so we can tell which pages are worth writing more of. No advertising, no third-party trackers, nothing that follows you off this site.
Short, and written so you can actually read it. By using this site or buying anything on it, you agree to what follows.

PairFoundry operates pairfoundry.com (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@pairfoundry.com.
An account is your email address and nothing else. There is no password. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you, so keep that secure. You must be at least 16 to create one.
You can delete your account at any time. Doing so removes your email from our records; purchase records are kept in anonymised form where tax law requires it.
Packs and bundles are digital products — collections of text files. A purchase gives you a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use those files. There is nothing physical, and nothing is shipped.
A membership is a subscription giving access to everything published on the site while it is active. Access ends when the membership does.

For team-wide use, email us — we will sort out something reasonable rather than making you guess.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are; Stripe calculates and adds it at checkout where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
14 days on everything, no explanation required. The full policy is on the refunds page and it is the binding one.
We will keep the site available, keep your purchases accessible, and fix material errors in the content when we find them or you tell us.
We do not promise that using this material will produce any particular result. It is written guidance and configuration, not a warranty about what an AI model will do. The tools it describes are third-party products that change without notice, and some of what is written here will go out of date — we update it, but not instantly.
You remain responsible for the code that ships. Nothing here removes the need to review changes before merging them.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of this site or these products is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or disrupt this site.
We may suspend an account that does those things, that shares purchased material publicly, or that charges back a payment fraudulently. Where suspension is not obviously warranted we will contact you first.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes and, for a material change, we email anyone with an account. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
You can stop using the site at any time. If we close your account other than for a breach of section 9, we refund any unused portion of a subscription. Licences to files you have already bought survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not deprive you of protections you have under your local law.
If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms plus the privacy and refund policies are the whole agreement between us.
